More DOJ Troubles for NAR as Court Approves More Investigations!

Just when we thought the worst was behind us, a high court in Washington D.C. just ruled that the Department of Justice is cleared to reopen and previous investigation or initiate new investigations regardless of the settlement agreement.

This is a potentially HUGE blow to NAR who is already facing criticism and a loss of consumer confidence. Can they afford much more bad publicity and still survive?
